Outstanding piece of artwork Paul.

Artist's Description

These are NOT Real! The patterns seen on the glassware were created as original abstract watercolor paintings. They were then scanned and imported into a 3D program. The shapes were created as 3D objects and the abstract patterns were "wrapped" around the objects. Surface effects such as transparency and reflection are applied to the patterns. The objects are arranged in a 3D space, with a base surface, background and lighting. The rendering process can take up to 4 hours per image depending on the complexity of the scene.
